The Strike
Hold the fork by the stem. Strike the tine sharply against the rubber pad or the side of the knee — never against bone, never against another fork. The strike should be crisp and confident.
The Activation
After the strike, touch the still-vibrating fork against the clear quartz crystal activator for two to three seconds. The crystal takes on the frequency.
The Application
Place the activated fork directly on the body — on the sternum, the iliac crests, the sacrum, the sub-occipital ridge, the long bones, or any palpable lymph node chain. Hold for fifteen to thirty seconds before re-striking.
