The Origin
I spent years working at the surface. The surface kept leading me underneath.
Hair taught me transformation before I had language for it. A person could enter the chair carrying one version of themselves and leave inhabiting another. Not because beauty had been added, but because something hidden had finally become visible. I kept asking what had actually changed.
That question followed me deeper. Into plants. Oils. Touch. Breath. Sound. The nervous system. The movement of fluid beneath skin. The invisible architecture of frequency.
