The Strike
Hold the fork by the stem. Strike the tine against the rubber pad. The strike will produce a low, sustained tone that you may feel as much as hear.
The Sweep
Hold the activated fork two to four inches above the skin and sweep slowly along the lymphatic chains, from the periphery toward the heart. Off-body — never on.
The Closing Sweep
